Heart Palpitations at 71

Has anyone experienced palpitations? I am extremely active, but 71 years old and I do NOT do doctors. I recently started taking Cataplex B from Standard Process and they do help somewhat, but I would like to get rid of them altogether. Thanks for you help!

Yes, I recently had heart palpitations, and I just used more magnesium, potassium, and heart health by herb pharm, it has hawthorne in it. That worked for me. I won't go to the doctor either. Too expensive, I first try the natural things, and they usually work. I am 70. I also keep on walking, mowing, chopping wood, turning my compost piles, spreading gravel, unloading dirt. The heart loves to get exercise. Good luck.
