Help Needed: Cancer, Fatty Liver, Kidney Problems

I have had thyroid cancer in the past and now they found a tumor in my kidney it 2 mm. And I have fatty liver. My ride side hurts bad at times but that in my left kidney. Need to know what to do. I just turn 50.
