Help Needed for Tropical Spider Bite

I am in remote Phillipines for another week and I have a spider bite on my thigh. It started about 1 inch diameter and is now about 10 inches after a few days. It is mostly red and itchy but where the initial bite is has gone dark /bruised. any help how to treat would be great.

Re your spider bite;

I've had experience with this issue.

My favorite is Echinacea. You may be able to get it there...it is an herb... in liquid form applied topically and repeatedly. Plus I drop five drops in glass of water and consume orally three times daily. All for two weeks.
