Help Requested For Dizziness And Loss Of Balance While Walking
I have been dealing with permanent dizziness for the past year now. I live in Panama (Republic) and am careful to always drink plenty of water so I don't think I am dehydrated. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, drink little coffee (not every day) and I eat right. I am a 64 year old married woman and have good health otherwise. I cannot seem to maintain complete balance like I used to when I'm walking and it distresses me very much. I have been drinking ACV (1 tspn twice daily) but so far no change. I also take Vitamin C every day.
I would really appreciate suggestions from anyone who might have experienced the same thing.

Hello Lydia,
Re dizziness;
On dizziness issues I always want to eliminate inner ear infections since a virus even on one side can cause dizziness. If the dizziness is all and you have eliminated prescriptions drugs (blood pressure drugs, statins etc can cause side effects) then consider eliminating a possible virus in the sinus/Eustachian tube/ ear canal as the cause. I take an ear syringe and just squirt a few time in each ear colloidal silver.
Also I use in sinuses, each side, a strong squirt so the CS goes deep into the sinus cavity.
Don't have any other symptoms do you...nausea; numerous migraine headaches? Very bad brain fog? That would indicate the virus might be into the skull and I've also used CS for that but it takes another solution to carry the CS past the blood brain barrier. But let me not assume the worse.
