High Blood Pressure Problem Post Covid

Posted by Lauren (Queens ) on 10/06/2021

Hello everyone:

I hope someone can help me here. Post covid, I'm now left with high blood pressure which I've never had before. Not natural supplements is working and I'm worried. My functional doctor says it's caused by a viral overload which he can treat slowly because the liver, kidneys, etc are stressed. Also, not sure if my adrenal could cause this because I had adrenal fatigue years ago. Holy someone can help me figure this out. Thanks guys… what an amazing site!!

Since nothing is working then I suggest that you try Serpina tablets (Amazon sells them cheapest price $7 per 100 (4mg tablets) they were developed in 1934 in India for lowering blood pressure, years later they treat other illnesses, however it doesn't hurt to try something, verses trying nothing. I suggest you take 3 tablets 3X daily, if things don't change that go to 4 tablets 3X daily. They are safe, non addictive. They will interact with cold, flu medicines or Antipsychotic drugs. You can check with a. Dr however they aren't trained in Alternatives or nutrition, so they will usually be against it because it isn't Big PHARMA dangerous medicines. Please let me know how you progress daily, how you feel and whether your BP drops. I too am subscribed to earthclinic. Let Deidre know I said it's okay to email me direct, that is if you want to. Thank you, Joseph A. 10/08/21 11:25AM PST

Lauren, I wanted to say that Anti-Hypertension and Anti-Anxiety go hand in hand with Serpina which is derived from Indian Snakeroot plant. An Ayurvedic herb that I have hopes that it will help, it treats both of those problems and calms the mind. Joseph

I know this is a long term solution, but some times we overlook the obvious and any help is help….In hundreds of studies vegans have significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and significantly lower odds of hypertension (0.37 and 0.57, respectively), when compared to non-vegetarians.

You may have already tried melatonin, but a friend just told me her BP was 200 and she got it down with 20 mg./day.

4 DAY FAST (water only, plenty of it too! ) will reset the body, renew your immune system and help you identify things you eat or drink that are not doing you any good. Avoid acid forming foods especially aspartame, Sucralose, MSG, etc. GO NATURAL (chemical food additives will only degenerate your body...until it breaks).

Slowly reintroduce foods starting with organically grown fruits and veggies, ESPECIALLY CELERY JUICE AND SEEDS. Avoid the major food allergy foods (all forms of Milk, Wheat, Corn). Avoid red meat (arachidonic acid) and gradually introduces only one at a time. KEEP A FOOD JOURNAL...you will see patterns form and then you will see what to do.

Blessings for healing. :)

Since you said you had adrenal fatigue before have you looked into thyroid issues?

Highly recommend getting lab work recommended at this website. (Most regular drs have poor understanding of thyroid and just order TSH lab test which is not diagnostic! )
