Seeking Remedies to Lower High Red Blood Cell Count

Hi everyone, I'm just checking my patient portal, and realized that my Red blood cell count is 5.55 which is high. Apparently this has been going on for over a year, yet my pcp never brought this up with me. Is there something I can do to repair this? Thank you all in advance.
