Hiking Testicle, Never Had Surgery

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who may have had or have a similar condition. My right testicle has been hiked up above the left one for about 15 years. I've never had surgery, no serious injuries. when I flex my lower abdomen my right testicle hikes up in repsonse to my abdomen flex. the left oen stays put. I have felt the area and can feel some kind of starnd which is connected to my abdomen and my right testicle which pulls the testicle up when I flex my abdomen. It doesn't appear to eb scar tissue from an injury, I've been thinking maybe it could be a long skinny parasite lodged around the starnds which is attached to my abdomen and possibly feeding off my testosterone. Crazy, I know. but I'm out of ideas. does anyone have any suggestions or feedback? Thank you so much
