How Long Can You Take Acv And Baking Soda Combo

Been taking approx 2 tbl ACV and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp BS 2x daily for about 5 weeks; having up to 3 BM's per day, but some are loose, watery. Is the baking soda doing this? Maybe 5 weeks is too long...
