How Many Drops Of 6 Percent Peroxide Should I Use In Water

I have purchased 100mls of "Home Essentials" Hydrogen Peroxide.It is a 6% solution from my local chemist(drugstore).I would like to know how many drops in a glass of water to start with, should I drink and can I use undiluted drops on or under my tongue, I have used Liquid Oxygen before (years ago) but do not remember the dosage in relation to the strength of the solution,
