How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland

Posted by ORH (TEN MILE) on 02/12/2021

Just read an interesting article on how to get your brain into a dimension that few can get into. It is via your pineal gland, which has calcified because of processed food, fluorine water, tooth paste and other toiletries. I found that melatonin and apricot nectar help.

Art, can you shed any light on this. I also have know that all thoughts have energy and some animals can perceive this better than others. Humans are limited, but some are far better than others. Somehow the pineal gland it the key to this phenomenon. Oh, my new bed has a setting called zero gravity where it determines your whole body is supported equally head to toe. This has greatly helped my reduce my legs swelling. They are almost normal by dawn. I am still wearing control socks, but not the strong medical kind.

Hi ORH,

The few things that come to mind to be helpful for your purpose are vitamin K2, a good form of magnesium that can cross the blood brain barrier such as Magnesium L Threonate or Magnesium Taurate, ACV, sulfur, possibly borax/boron, magnets, calcium intake reduction especially in senior men, reduction of fluoride intake, and iodine. There are others, but these are popular ones.

By the time we reach 60 years of age, melatonin production is almost nil, calcification or no calcification and even less than a newborn, so like vitamin D, supplementation of melatonin is a common way to bring the melatonin level up to whatever level we are seeking for a specific purpose such as sleep, Covid-19, COPD or cancer among many, many other health issues.

Even though a person may supplement melatonin, taking steps to also decalcify the pineal gland is still a good idea because melatonin is not the only molecule produced by the pineal gland and some of the other molecules can have far reaching effects on things such as red blood cells, platelets, eyes and testosterone, to name just a few important ones.
