Posted by Lisa (Houston, TX) on 02/06/2021

I got a rash from having COVID and it's very itchy. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this rash?

Drs are telling folks to apply hydrocortisone cream to the area. If you're looking for something natural, I'd try garlic infused in olive oil with oregano oil added to it. These two ingredients are the strongest natural has to offer.

Try black walnut tincture or salve. I've used the hulls direct from the tree to treat skin rashes and it works. If you have not tried an A/D ointment, might try it.

I like the two suggestions already posted and I will add some food for thought to them. Zinc is lowered from a virus and so is lysine. The lowering of zinc could cause a hydration mineral imbalance and the body would release histamine to warn you of that issue. Histamine could present as hives or a rash. Another thought is that your gut health may be off and a healthy gut produces B vitamins and an unhealthy gut may not even absorb a B supplement. I had a nerve skin issue that felt like a burn or sting itch thing and when I took my Natures plus B supplement it stopped. That happened to me 3 times recently. B vitamins coat the nerves and calm us. I heard magnesium so I will add this link too. Stress lowers magnesium and low magnesium would also cause body to release histamine warning signal and so would low water levels in body.

Hope you find relief. Blessings, charity

I have found that using CBD balm on most skin issues does the trick. I use +CBD balm by CV sciences.

I hope someone can help. I had those rashes for many weeks. Nothing I put on worked. The only time I really felt relief was during & a bit after a hot shower. I would take the shower wand & just let the hot water run over the exact spot for a long time. The areas I scratched the least -the rash there stayed smaller & it cleared up quicker. In areas I scratched more I have scars.

Oooh! A & D Ointment.

Don't know if it's the same thing as it's been months since I had the bug back in the spring but I have come out in a rash on my upper chest along with quite a bit of sinus drainage since I started rebounding. The rash seems to be aggravated by sweat and, I don't know if it's eliminating it or not but, A & D ointment feels quite...heavenly.

I've tried to draw whatever it is out and both clay and charcoal felt really good but only for as long as it was wet and I got a chill so I switched to A&D. Other than that, I'm just drinking lots of water and bouncing several times per day as rebounding seems to be a quite "deep" form of detoxification. I had an earlier experience that seemed to be a detox release of anesthesia which is the only form of patent medicine I've had in decades. That was weird.

Take extra Vitamin D (take with Vit. K), extra Vit. C, Omega 3, Probiotics,Oregano Oil internally.

Also apply fresh Aloe Leaf (from Plant) and Honey, or Aloe Leaf and Org. Virgin Coconut Oil.

Yes, you might try some witchh azel with a cotton ball, and put it on and let dry, it works for me when I had a rash on my legs, I did it for around a week and it kept getting better by the day, and took away the itching also.

I would try Hydroxychloroquine and zinc. I would take at least one 200mg Hydroxychloroquine tablet and a 50 mg zinc tablet or capsule twice in a day.

You can obtain 200 mg Hydroxychloroquine tablets here:

Invermectin is another product that can help. You can buy this for horses. Ii.e. one tube can treat a 1200 pound horse. So, if you weigh 200 pounds you can get six does from one tube. They're not going to give anything to a horse that will hurt it.

I hope this information is of help to you.

Ivermectin comes as horse paste. It also comes as pour-on or injectable for cattle, goats, etc. I buy the pour-on for lice/mite control for my poultry (you use very little, like 3 drops for 10 lbs). It soaks through the skin. You would be surprised what you can get at the farm/ranch stores. They even have the old-time salves like pine tar ointment.
