How To Prevent Early Am Heart Failure/attack?

In the morning hours, increasing circadian-driven secretion of certain hormones, particularly epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol, triggers subsequent increases in oxygen demand and blood pressure. Normally, KLF15 levels increase upon waking. Experimental studies in laboratory mice where the KLF15 level in their hearts was suppressed had an increased susceptibility to sudden death.

Any known remedies, other than maybe taking a protein drink before going to bed or in the middle of the night?

Doctors are useless, hospitals are useless- they observe you and send you out, so a person is left to his own devices. Every morning feels like it is going to be the last one. Yes, despite all so called achievements in cardiology, there are really none, other than stents and ablations.

Sam, would taking a couple of deep breaths before getting out of bed help?

@MMSG,

I wish it was that simple.

Hello Sam,

I worked for heart and vascular surgeons for over a decade and performed vascular exams.

Unfortunately, I woke up one morning (2022) with unmistakable and classic heart attack symptoms (extreme bilateral radiating jaw pain, chest pain as if an elephant is sitting on your chest, etc...). Many believe these attacks occur after the "shots". I was in shock because I was an athlete for a long time, eat a healthy diet and am relatively young-ish.

The first thing I remembered was what these surgeons taught: drink a huge glass of water if this happens in the morning because it is often due to dehydration which exacerbates predisposing risk factors. This is one of the reasons why many heart attacks occur in the morning, especially with women.

I drank the glass of water (I always keep a huge covered glass of water next to my bed) thinking it probably would not work and I was a complete goner since I was alone. UNBELIEVABLY, the heart attack symptoms gradually went away over about 15 minutes. I was very scared. After an hour or two with no symptoms, I carefully got out of bed.

Also, I pressed very hard and, for a long time, on one of the key acupuncture points for heart attacks - just below the nose.

Throughout that day I continued to drink a lot of water and also took a huge number of clot-busting enzymes and cayenne pepper tincture and capsules. Both of these are documented to treat heart attacks.

I did not go the hospital because everyone was scared of going to the hospitals due to the Covid issues.

My heart attack symptoms have not reappeared. No heart symptoms at all.

I am very thankful for the training and education I have had in vascular diseases as I think it saved my life along with prayer.

Thank you. I drink through the night as I my sleep is fragmented. I experience the symptoms you describe regularly, early am. They are terrifying, but doctors just brush it off. My ECGs always abnormal, they observe me for 3 days then discharge. I also have Dysautonomia. In the book “Why my brain isn't working,” Dr K. also talks about proteins. However I have no idea what is going on. Neither do doctors. In fact they don't care.

Believe it or not your ECGs don't tell the whole story of your heart's health. I've heard of people who have perfect ECGs but then get the additional test (coronary angiogram) for the heart valves and find that 2 out of 3 valves are completely blocked. If I were you, I would tell the doctor that you demand that test.

Hi Sam! The symptoms of Dysautonomia resemble a mix of symptoms similar to both low blood sugar and electrolyte imbalance. You might consider drinking orange juice instead of water for a few nights to see if it makes a difference. Or put a spoonful of blackstrap molasses in the water. An alkaline diet might be something to consider.

Best wishes.

Hmmm.........I sometimes wake up with the bilateral jaw pain, but no heaviness on my chest. It always happens between 1 and 3 am. I get up and take 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper mixed with about 4 oz water. Pain goes away. This only happens maybe 4 or 5 times a year. Had calcium scan done and no blockages or build up so not really sure what causes it. Maybe this might help.

I have found a similar thing that works for me.

I put Amla powder in the water and drink that either through the night or first thing in the morning.

I used to have heart fatigue as I could feel the aching pain in my heart but since the Amla water nothing, I feel surprisingly good.

What are the "blood clotting enzymes"?

They probably mean Systemic Enzymes-Proteolytic enzymes.
