I Have Shortness Of Breath Dont Know Why

Posted by Norma (Illinois, US) on 12/22/2014

It has been awhile since I have been on here, I have shortness of breath and do not know if it is COPD, emphysema or congestive heart failure, I have not been to doctor since I cannot afford to go. Shortness of breath is the only symptom I have, I do not cough, have no trouble at night breathing, just when I walk any distance at all I get very winded. I do smoke, which I know is bad for me, I tried jacks tea but could not stand the cayenne pepper, it burned way too much. I could not continue it. Please can someone give me some advice which remedy to do, I would appreciate any advice and remedies. Thank you.

Norma:

1. Try Jack's tea with MUCH less cayenne.

2. Read up on Bill Monroe's h2o2 inhalation method.

Also, you can add equal amounts of powdered Ginger to the Cayenne for reducing the irritation, and both these herbs have tonic effect and are synergistic w/ each other.

Don't know if it will help but you could try putting a little hydrocortisone cream on your chest and see if it opens things up and relaxes the airways. I have done it.

I have been using 3% off the shelf with positive results. I make sure the only inactive additive is distilled water which lessens the chance of any adverse chemical reaction. The intake of diluted white vinegar (once weekly) should keep u in good shape.1/10 dilution can eliminate any oral infections(including the infection of a abscessed tooth so it must be very anti viral! I'm not familiar with any of the other more tedious treatments relating to advanced cancer etc. so I can't offer any opinion there. Use 3% with distilled water only, you should be ok. lol

You can drink 2 cups of hot water first thing in the morning, it is very good for short breath. I tried it.
