If On of My Dog's Has Mange, Should I Treat the Other One, Too?

I have another dog that I rescued as a very small pup. Shes extremely healthy, however I recently rescued another dog. An extremely cute puppy WHO was being abused. I used to b a vet tech and immediately recognized he has mange. I was looking up home remedies for this and found teds home remedy. It has great reviews so I have faith it will work on my little rebel. My question is should I prophylactically treat my Bella to make sure she doesn't get it too?
