Remedies for Irritable Bowel or Leaky Gut Requested

irritable bowel or leaky gut: Hi everyone I'm looking some info on my current problem. I notied that brown bread and brown rice gives me great discomfort when trying to go to the toilet..and when my stomach becomes all bloated it also hurts my lower back.
Can anyone offer a remedy?

Hi there... Try looking up a book by Bill Thompson called Candida Killing So Sweetly gives a lot of info about the gut and the Intestinal tract and what candida does to it..
