Ischemic Stroke

This past October, I hit my head on the right side and 15 days later I had what the medical profession called a small ischemic stroke. I never go to the doctors...rarely. However, I was at work when the left side of my face by my mouth and my left arm went numb. I never even thought to relate it to my fall even though my fall was pretty severe.

I am reading about this kind of stroke on Earth Clinic. I thank God for this website. I was just wondering what milligram of Melatonin should I take. I am on no pharmaceuticals. My stats are all excellent. My blood pressure is around 121/ 70. My cholesterol is over 200; however, my HDLs are 130 and my LDLs are 90. My doctor is telling my that my total cholestorol is perfect due to my high HDLs. Any advice is so appreciated. My fear is a reoccurrence. Can one have a stroke from a bad hit? Thank you so much.
