K2 Supplement Safety

Hey EC family: I am wondering if anyone knows how safe is it to take k2 supplements?

I have read a lot of mixed reviews online and just realized why not ask my people on EC. Anxiously awaiting an early response.

k2 is potassium and I take it with my vitamin d drops, A few brands of vit D drops has it with K2 and that is the safest way to get it.
