Knee Pain on Waking/Sitting in Same Position For Long Time
For the past couple of months, I have woken with significant pain and stiffness in both knees although the right is worse. When I wake, my knees are usually bent and when I straighten my leg it is very stiff and painful. Once straightened the pain stops and although the first steps out of bed are a little stiff there is no pain. It also happens but to a lesser degree during the day if I sit in the same position for a long time. Many thanks in advance for any suggestions. I do medical dowsing which I find has a fairly high degree of accuracy but certainly not 100% and I find toxicity related to pharmaceuticals at level 3 out of 10. I don't take any medications and it does not test positive to any basic vitamins I take. No other health complaints, 122 pounds, fairly active but certainly could be doing more, 66 years young. :)

Hi judithb,
You might consider using both Borax Lotion (BL) and Melatonin Lotion simultaneously as they will work together to help the knee joints and gradually relieve pain and stiffness in the knees. Here is how to make BL :

Here is how to make ML as well as what it has shown benefit for :

Good luck and please keep us posted on how you do.

You should try lysine and vitamin C ascorbate, 1 gram each, for three days, 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the evening, every hour, Ted recipe. After that, the maintenance dose, 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening. Magnesium oil (magnesium chloride, a tablespoon and water a tablespoon) and grease your knees. And borax, 1/8 teaspoon in 1 litre water, to drink all day, for 4 days with 3 days break, between meals. For 4 month. And no more grains. Gluten is toxic for our body and glyphosate. Read dr Peter Osborne s book, No grain, no pain. God bless you!
