Knee Question - Already Doing Multiple Remedies

Posted by GertJr (Madison, AL) on 10/17/2025

This time last year, I tore my meniscus. I did all the things to fix it with no change, so had the surgery where they cut off the torn piece. It never got better, even after all the pt, etc. So, now the dr says I have arthritis. (This is apparently to be expected after that surgery, but in years, not so fast.) He says total knee replacement (TKR) is the only option, but did not do a 2nd scan to see for sure that it's only arthritis and not something else. No options like meds or therapy, jumped straight to TKR. I've been drinking the borax for years now as part of the biofilm plan, have added the borax and melatonin gels (steady for the past 2 months, sporadic before that) and, as of yesterday, added dmso to the gels. (I do the borax in the morning and at night, the melatonin mid-day at work). I've also started dmso orally. Have also been doing the golden raisins in gin for several months. Nada, no relief from the pain. I'll be fine, no pain, and then suddenly it hits. Many times, if I turn as I'm walking, something moves in the joint and will almost make me fall. I want another scan to rule out something other than arthritis, don't really want meds (ibuprofen is the norm). Oh, I also have the Spooky2 machines set for remote everything from stem cell to dna regeneration to cartilage and pain. Any suggestions for me? Anyone had TKR who can tell me what to expect? I'm not overweight, I eat properly (very little carbs/sugar), and just really don't need this right now. I have a huge yard and clearing leaves is hard enough when both knees work. Thanks.
