Seeking Help for Lab Mix With Telangiectatic Osteosarcoma

Our lab border collie mix has telangiectatic osteosarcoma. This tumor is around the right eye and he has had irregular nose bleeds out of the right nostril. Has anyone's dog had this type of cancer and what type of holistic remedies have you used? What type of diet? Currently he is doing OK and am working with our vet for his care.
