Hello, can anyone recommend a comprehensive guide to curing acid reflux holistically through diet, apple cider vinegar and other natural remedies. I have extreme symptoms and finding life a struggle. Thanks in advance.

My daughter struggled with acid reflux for years as a child then spent some time as a vegetarian as an adult then discovered that when she cut out dairy and looked for alternative milks, she no longer had reflux and that was 5 years ago.
She is now pregnant and is limiting herself to dairy but has never had a recurrence of the acid reflux she had as a child.
