Essential nutrients for optimal testosterone levels include zinc, B vitamins, and vitamins A, C, D3, and E. Get sunlight as well – vitamin D is especially crucial. Essential mineral deficiencies can be (zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium)

Eliminate Sugar:

Intake of sugar increases insulin levels in your body, which ultimately reduces the production of testosterone. Completely eliminate sugary and high carb food such as soft drinks, cake, cookies, pasta, pizza and bread.

Omega-3 fats: Just like vitamins and other minerals, your body requires healthy fats for optimal functioning. A study published in the Journal of Steroid Biochemistry found that a diet with less than 40 percent of energy as fat led to a decrease in testosterone.

Omega-3 fats are healthy fats that can help boost your testosterone level. You can find omega-3 fats in nuts, avocados, unheated nut oil, fish, egg yolks, olives and olive oil. Monounsaturated fat (also found in pig lard) has a direct effect on your testosterone level. Peanuts, peanut butter, palm oil and canola oil contain this kind of fat.

Olive oil: Men suffering from testosterone deficiency can consume olive oil to boost their testosterone level naturally. The monounsaturated fat found in olive oil plays a role in stimulating the production of testosterone. According to a study, regular intake of olive oil can boost the testosterone level by almost 15 percent.

Cruciferous vegetables: Low testosterone level is often caused by the conversion of testosterone into the female hormone estrogen. Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli contain indole-3-carbinol (I3C), a plant compound that helps in inhibiting unwanted estrogen production. Furthermore, cruciferous vegetables contain zinc. Therefore, adding cruciferous vegetables to the diet helps in maintaining a healthy testosterone level.

Egg yolks are rich in vitamin D and can help boost your testosterone levels. Just be wary of the cholesterol in egg yolks, though – if you already have cholesterol issues, you can consume other alternatives (like fish).

Tuna or Salmon: These fish are rich in vitamin D, a nutrient linked to testosterone production. (1)

To sum it all up. Eat a healthy diet.

Check out this study on Niacin. It's inexpensive and may be helpful.

The study found that .." niacin especially at 800 mg/kg diet improves serum testosterone levels and antioxidant status of testes in normal rats."
