LPR from Covid Infection

Posted by Paula (Canada) on 10/25/2024

Hello everyone, I am still struggling with excess phlegm from a severe Covid infection from over 3 years ago.

At first, I thought it had to be from my lungs since I had severe pneumonia and I almost died from it.

Now I am feeling more like this if from some type of damage to the stomach from the infection. I believe I have LPR (silence reflux) which causes excess sticky phlegm and blocks my airways.

My throat feels irritated from constant clearing my throat but it could also be from the acid coming up.

I have ear infections constantly a few times a week. My symptoms are with me 24/7 and I can't sleep at night, it feels like I am suffocating and it gives me a lot of anxiety. I have no quality of life and very little energy.

Please give me advice of what I should do to feels better because this is destroying me.

Thank you

Paula, have you looked into h2o2 inhalation?

Also, breathing in onion fumes seems helpful as does vapor of thyme tea.
