LS Help Needed

Posted by Louisa (Ohio) on 09/17/2026

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus (LS) almost two months ago, and honestly, I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. I've been using clobetasol ointment and coconut oil, but I'm still experiencing intense itching, burning, tightness, and pain around my vulva/vaginal area.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life just managing this condition. I desperately want to find a way to heal and live normally again. There has to be something that can help.

If anyone has actually gotten their LS into long-term remission or had their symptoms completely disappear—especially through natural or alternative treatments—please share your experience with me. I'm willing to hear what worked for you, how long you used it, and what you did.

I'm really struggling right now and would appreciate any genuine advice or experiences.

The following information will guide you in healing lichen sclerosis. It's more than just using a topical cream. Check the aliments section also.
