Lymph and Atherosclerosis

I've been researching the link between atherosclerosis and proper lymph circulation. I'd like to take a supplement with bromelain in it. And, of course, it's not recommended with my eliquis. I really think that Big Pharma just says that everything that I feel will be beneficial, is not recommended. Anyone here on eliquis and taking supplements with bromelain? Any opinions?
