Melatonin and Consumption of Beer

Hi,

I have a question for Art, can one take Melatonin 3 mg half an hour before going to bed say around 10pm if, one has consumed a pint of beer before his dinner around 8 o clock for a good night sleep?

I have taken beer close to melatonin consumption and have lived to tell about it, so to answer your question, yes.
