Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer Advice

Posted by karyn (houston tx) on 12/10/2024

Good afternoon Ted. My long time partner has stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread to his liver & lungs. He was diagnosed in October 2024. We are at MD Anderson & he has just finished his 4th chemo round. Would you be so kind as to advise on any supplements? He has been taking fenben for 8 weeks now & also considering high dose vit c infusions, DMSO & curcumin. He is on eliquis for a clot in the pancreas & toprol for an MI several years ago. He is not eating any or little sugar, but his appetite & weight has decreased. His age is 76, height is 5'6" & weighs approx 130 lbs. Our oncologist is not open to alternative treatments such as vit c...we've not asked the team about other treatments but would like to explore all options. His 1st CT after the 4 chemo treatments is this week & hoping to see a reduction of the tumor size. We also want to bring up histotripsy for the liver tumors but not sure if he'll be a candidate. We plan on asking the team next week. Histotripsy has been in the news alot lately with good results. My background is microbiology & I like to research. We would appreciate any advice or treatment plan that he could benefit from.

I recommend Coley's Toxins. St Andrew's clinic in Tijuana offers them. Would look into MMS. Possibly DMSO. (I cured my incurable lymphoma with the toxins. The other two I am hearing about on substack from Dr Yoho and A midwestern doctor.)

Godspeed.

Good morning Vera & thank you for taking the time to respond to my post about pancreatic cancer. We are looking into Coley's toxins at St Andrews clinic & may ask more questions once we've reviewed. It can be a bit overwhelming with all of the information online. We've consulted an alternative medicine oncologist here in Houston & will keep researching.

Many thanks,

Karyn

Hi Karyn,

Just to keep it real, your friend, in his current state is in a very precarious and dangerous position, so keeping expectations reasonable is important, so I don't want to try and overbuild your or your friends hopes, as he is late stage I think you may find the following link of interest as one potential option for your friend to be added alongside chemo as an adjunctive therapy. Its anticancer effects are significant, it has shown synergy with chemo in other studies and when compared to standard of care for a person in his condition, has shown significantly lower toxicity to normal cells than chemo or radiotherapy :

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332222009003?via=ihub

Here is a relevant quote from the link :

' We found that minimal AgNPs amounts selectively eradicated PDAC cells within a few hours. AgNPs inhibited cell migration and spheroid and colony formation, damaged mitochondria, and induced paraptosis-like cell death with the presence of cytoplasmic vacuoles, dilation of the ER and mitochondria, ROS formation, MAPK activity, and p62 and LC3b expression, whereas effects on the nucleus, DNA fragmentation, or caspases were not detectable. AgNPs strongly decreased tumor xenograft growth without side effects and reduced the expression of markers for proliferation and DNA repair, but upregulated paraptosis markers. The results highlight nanosilver as complementary agent to improve the therapeutic efficacy in pancreatic cancer. '

It is worth mentioning that AgNPs in the 12 nm to 20 nm range represent a balance between particles that are 10 nm or less and thus are more toxic to normal cells and cancer cells and particles that are too large and less toxic to normal cells, but also less toxic to cancer cells.

There are many supplements that have shown benefit in fighting cancer through various methods of action such as curcumin, melatonin, piperine and andrographis which have all shown synergy with chemo and have studies to support consideration for such adjunctive use. In my opinion, such supplements work best with chemo some not only have synergy with chemo, but help to offset the many of the negative effects of chemo and radiation. Good luck to both of you, cancer is a tough road to travel.

Art, I am most grateful for the information & the link on AgNP. I've never heard of this treatment. Can you give me more information as to what hospital or facility offers it?

Much appreciated,

Karyn

Hi Karyn,

You are not likely to find a medical facility in the US that is using AgNPs in anything other than testing or studies and trials, but it is readily available otc or online. I think even EC sells it. You'll have to study AgNPs to get a better idea about the true safety profile of it at proper dosing levels in order to get a better idea of how it might apply in your partners case. When you go on Amazon they sell both ionic silver (Ag+) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Read some of the reviews in order to get an idea of what people use it for. It can be used orally, intravenously or via a nebulizer, but all three methods will enter the blood.

Nebulizing may be a potential consideration given the metastasis to the lungs and you can discuss that with his medical team as a possibility. Nebulizing will expose the cancer cells in the lungs directly to the AgNPs where they will be able to interact directly with the cancer cells before entering the blood stream. This would potentially be a less expensive and or more efficient way of using the AgNPs.

I am not a doctor and don't want to give you false hope because of your partners serious condition, but in the box thinking may not be quite enough to turn things around for your partner at this point. Also keep in mind that many of the anticancer supplements, of which there are many, have synergy with chemotherapy and some even with radiotherapy.

Also worth considering for pain related to the cancer such as pain in the pancreas, melatonin lotion may help relieve some types of pain while also entering the blood when applied directly to the painful area. Read about how melatonin has synergy with chemo and radiotherapy here :

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8998229/#:~:text=Current evidence suggests melatonin to, treatment [127,128].

Here is a relevant quote from the link :

' Current evidence suggests melatonin to be used as an adjuvant or protective therapy. As an adjuvant therapy, it can increase the treatment efficacy; as a protective therapy, it can ameliorate adverse side effects of chemo- and radiotherapy during cancer treatment [127, 128]. '

Watch the following video to get a better idea of the roll that high dose melatonin plays in cancer as used by Dr. Shallenberger in his cancer patients :

https://youtu.be/_umgN-OFqzc?si=mMrJVwTST47anYZY

It is my opinion that the melatonin lotion can work well with high dose oral melatonin also.

Here is a link to the type of pain relief people have reported from melatonin lotion:

Hi Karen, you are very welcome! Please keep in mind Coley's needs three months of reasonable health and frequent applications to get it working.

I also remembered that the Gonzales protocol is something to look into. Dr Gonzales saved some patients specifically with pancreatic c. with it... it's got a lot of enzymes that are consumed. The medical cartel actually approved trials then (I was told) sabotaged them. So the official word is that it doesn't work. Don't let that discourage you.

If you need patient-to-patient support regarding how Coley's goes, please don't hesitate to ask. (It's not an easy therapy to do. It made me sick every time I took it. But it jolts the immune system to recognize the cancer cells so that the body can eliminate them.)

Hi Karen,

If this was me or a loved one, I would consider POTENT, TRIED-&-TRUE and ideally, economical and well-researched remedies to treat Pancreatic Cancer, examples:

1. FENBENDAZOLE (500 - 1000+ mg, 3x/day, with fat)

You noted this is being used however, FYI - updated protocols use much higher and frequent dosing for more severe or late stage cancers such as 500 - 1000 - 2000 mg, 3x/day. Ideally, always take Fenben with a fatty meal (40 mg fat) to significantly optimize absorption (10X) - this goes for all the "-azole" drugs since they are hydrophobic/lipophilic. Fenbendazole has a very high safety profile.

Also, very important to ensure you are using a quality product - Merck and Safeguard have standardized amounts of Fenbendazole which is why they are used in many cancer protocols including the "Joe Tippens - My Cancer Story Rocks" protocols. Other brands are often weak or adulterated.

If needed, find someone to muscle test or use the German EDS (Electro Dermal System) or Syncrometer equipment to test your Fenbendazole for quality and potency.

Fenbendazole has been used successfully for many with Pancreatic Cancer.

Joe Tippens original protocol combined Fenbendazole with a few other anti-cancer supplements which covered other "bases" involved with cancer:

400 - 800 IU Vitamin E, Bioactive Turmeric, high quality CBD (with the highest THC amounts you can find), and Berberine. Other synergistic anti-cancer supplements in addition to these that are added to the Fenben protocol also include: Resveratrol, Quercetin, Green Tea Extract (ECGC), Ellagica (see RemedyLink), Black Cumin Seed Oil, Resvoxitrol by Orthomolecular Medicine, Frankincense Resin powder with essential oil, D-limonene oil (or organic orange or lemon essential oils), etc.

2. GRAVIOLA LEAF & STEM (3 Capsules &/or Tea, 3-4x/day)

Many holistic practitioners, including Dr Leslie Taylor, ND (https://rain-tree.com or https: ), put Graviola on the "map" for successfully treating Pancreatic Cancer and other cancers. Considering it is economical, well researched and has clinical efficacy for this condition, I would definitely include its use.

Dr Taylor combined two species of Graviola leaf in her formula, called Graviola Max, to "exponentially" enhance the anti-cancer potency, this blend was very popular when it was available, it included: Annona montana and Annona muricata; take 3x/day. Many simply make a tea from the leaf/stem of the common species, A. muricata, 3-4x/day. See her websites: www.rain-tree.com, https://leslie-taylor-raintree.blogspot.com.

Sometimes she would also include an anti-cancer formula called INTENSE.

Graviola is very unique in that it is the only plant that has very high amounts of the potent anti-cancer compound, Annonaceous acetogenins. Using both species of graviola provides 108 different acetogenins.

The American counterpart to Graviola, Paw Paw leaf/stem, contains 28 acetogenins, it is also used to treat cancers.

There are reports where simply taking Graviola tea, 3-4x/day, resolved cancer. Graviola is not to be taken long term and if one does, digestive enzymes and probiotics need to be included.

To use Graviola effectively one needs to know that you can't use other supplements that increase cellular energy with it (e.g., CoQ10), since it would counteract one of the anti-cancer mechanisms in Graviola (i.e., decreases the energy delivered to cancer cells - called ATP-inhibitors or Mitochondrial Complex I Inhibitors).

Also, one must drink enough water, at least 8 glasses/day, to flush all the dead and dying pathogens, parasites and their toxins out of the body during treatment which will also reduce herxheimer reactions.

The reason Graviola is often used for Pancreatic Cancer, and for most other cancers, is because of its unique and potent anti-cancer compounds (acetogenins) and its additional broad-spectrum anti-cancer profile:

Anti-Tumor activity, inhibits cancer metastasis, anti proliferative activity, cytotoxic, strong and broad spectrum anti-parasitic (anti malarial, anti leishmanicidal, anti protozoal, larvicidal, insecticidal, anti worm), anti Viral (some cancers are caused/promoted by viruses), very antimicrobial (infections frequently accompany cancers), anti-diabetic actions, anti-inflammatory (chronic inflammation is a causative factor for cancers), analgesic, antioxidant, etc....

It is also used as a broad spectrum antimicrobial for bacterial and fungal infections, parasitic infections, high blood pressure, depression and nervous conditions.

3. PRACTITIONER HISTORY

Could be very helpful to identify other causes or contributors to your "individual presentation" and could add other helpful remedies to your specific protocol.

If possible, try to find a "holistic, functional, orthomolecular or integrative" practitioner, experienced in treating cancer, to take a thorough history and use other diagnostic methods to possibly find the cause(s).

Example #1: did this issue suddenly develop after taking the "experimental" COV19 vaccines? In which case, the practitioner might also include additional anti-parasitics, anti-virals, nicotine therapy and/or specific detoxification treatments (for heavy metals, hydrogels, graphene oxide, vaccine-related toxins, etc.).

Example #2: Dr. Hulda Clarke and many other practitioners find that parasites are a common cause or significant contributor to pancreatic cancer and all other cancers. In which case, additional anti parasitics may be incorporated if needed.

See Dr Clarke's cancer books and read the interview with Dr Clarke where she discusses pancreatic cancer - https://educate-yourself.org/cancer/huldaclarkinterviewjune1998.shtml.

She discusses how pancreatic fluke can be a significant contributor, or "THE" contributor, for this pancreatic cancer and for diabetes. And, the toxin, isopropyl alcohol, causes flukes to go into hyper-reproductive drive in your body! So, must avoid this toxin in all forms during cancer treatment.

Interestingly, Fenbendazole also treats many different fluke parasites.

Again, Fenbendazole is broad spectrum anti-parasitic & may be the only anti-parasitic needed as many can attest to.

Fenben is sometimes used or rotated with other anti-parasitics such as Ivermectin, Mebendazole (Vermox), Moxidectin, Albendazole, Doxycycline, Herbal anti-parasitics, fibers and laxatives, etc to move the dead or dying parasites out of the body, etc....

Example #3: they may find that your system is anemic and/or overly acidic and would thus incorporate something like Carbicarb (equal amount of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate), a powerful alkalizing ion-generating remedy. Or, look at EC Ted's or Bill's alkalizing remedies.

This physiological change would significantly enable your body to effectively and/or actually "use" any medication or supplement you are taking. It also turns on many enzyme systems that involve your immune and detoxification systems!

If unable to see a practitioner, try to incorporate a broad-spectrum anti-cancer protocol that addresses the other health issues often addressed in cancer (e.g., acidity, systemic enzyme use, detoxification strategies, drainage remedies, oxygen therapies since cancer is anaerobic process, etc....).

Wishing you a very successful treatment outcome,

Sherri

I would suggest you aim your exploration of alternative medicine at Dr. Christopher's "incurables" methods, given your current circumstances, and follow your nose from there. You may have to set aside some of your scientific assumptions - which isn't easy - but, you're probably more motivated than most so it shouldn't be a problem.

Man has been practicing medicine for thousands and thousands of years and all over the world from times and eras when people simply didn't have time to waste on crap that didn't work. Back before selling one's heart, mind and soul to the highest-bidding, fanciest-dressed zombie idiot with the most money and followers came into fashion - I.e. back when most were still using their own brain cells instead of begging imaginary educational, financial, "legal" and governmental "authorities" to take over where mommy left off - changing their nappies, kissing their booboos and protecting them from "the rod"/consequences of their own choices.

Crikeys! Man's world is driving me to misanthropy much quicker and more deeply than it would have even just a couple of weeks ago, ROFL! One minute I am astonished to see signs of change and the next, it's gone, and I just want to pinch everybody's little head off. Pffft! Sorry 'bout that...that's nowhere near where I'm going...I took a wrong turn and got completely turned around...I'm going back to work now...
