Mold and possible Cytokin attack .. Unable to sleep properly **URGENT HELP**
Hello,
I had an experience 2 weeks ago where I walked into a moldy outdoor school room/cubicle. I was only there for maybe a min.
The next morning and ever since I wake gasping for air, dry throat, cannot swallow, have to sit up .. get up and have a shower to warm up.
My vital where checked by the hospital and all ok. But here is what happens when I try and sleep, As soon as I start going into sleep I can't breath again!! ..
My Naturopath says it could be a cytokin attack . how long do these last for??
I'm thinking inhalation of HP and one drop lugol's - I have 5% lugol's iodine.
