Seeking Remedies for T10 Disc Herniation

Posted by Lee A. (Chardon, Ohio) on 06/29/2015

I have a T10 herniation, the pain management doctor had me do 8 physical therapy sessions with traction on a DRX machine in hopes to pull the herniation back in. Well it didn't work, I am not in horrible pain on a daily basis but it hurts nonetheless. Everything I see and read about it for the Lumbar or neck herniation but nothing for the thoracic herniation? HELP!!

HI U LEE, , , , , , , , , , , read up on Prolozone, which is really just a shot of Ozone. Go into this sites archives and make a decision. I can find you a doctor if this is the way you want to go.

My experience is that if you have a chiropractor that knows his ass from 1st base then he can pull the disc back in. Been down this trail a couple of times.

Hi, I read this text on internet while searching Mullein's usefulness but I didn't try it so I copy and paste it for you if like to try it:

"I suffered the rather dreadful "slipped disc" while, when changing a tire on the side of a dirt road my jack slipped and I jumped back away from the falling car with a heavy tire in my arms. Along with chiropractic, I used the rather agonizing experience to figure out how best to treat this condition. I ended up blending together a formula with Solomon's Seal, Mullein Root, Horsetail and Goldenseal to excellent results (I daresay?). This was created not so much as a pain reliever, but to restore strength and integrity to the disc itself. To address the attendant muscle spasms (which were the worst part, in terms of outright agony), I used a combination of Black Cohosh and Arnica tinctures, taken in frequent small doses to help ease the sensitivity & reactivity of the muscles. The results were excellent. I could literally feel the disc growing stronger and the muscles relearning how to be relaxed. Even now, after a few years, if I overdo it and feel even a twinge of sensitivity in the disc, a few doses usually completely removes the discomfort..."
