Need Help For Headache Lasting Days Now

This all started a few weeks ago when I came down with an allergy attack that affected me eyes and throat. My eyes itched so bad I could hardly stand it. I went to the eye dr and he said it is just allergies and told me to use a antihistamine eye drop that he recommended. I tried this but it did nothing to help. I was putting black tea bags on my eyes as often as possible to sooth and help with swelling. I spoke with a pharmacist looking for help and explained that I have bp issues and he recommended different drop. It really helped.

About 5 days later I noticed my bp elevating. Trying to figure out why, I researched and found that the active ingredient in the drops is a decongestant. This will raise blood pressure. It's taken several days to get my pressure down but now I have this headache that won't go away. I don't know if I'm having withdrawals from stopping the tea bag soaks or if it's from the allergies. I'm not extremely mucousy but I do cough up globs occasionally. I'm also having a problem with a tooth on my lower left side. Or perhaps it's a detox symptom from Apple Cider Vinegar because in the meantime I've stared Apple Cider Vinegar and honey every day for a couple of weeks now.

I'm on my 4th day of this headache which kind of moves around and feels mostly like tension but is mainly in my left temple. I have even resorted to taking a Tylenol which helped for awhile but now it's back. After writing all this I'm feeling a little silly expecting anyone to be able to advise me but I hope someone can say something to make me feel better.
