Need Help for Mother with Autoimmune Hepatitis

My mother is suffering from primary sclerosis colingitis and autoimmune hepatitis from past 5 years now her health is deteriorating faster she is feeling tired, she dont sleep at all, liver functions are not normal, admitted to hospital. please suggest some useful and easily available remedies as soon as possible.please sir.
