Need Help For Several Cats With Upper Respiratory Infection

I have several cats that have come down with upper respiratory infection. I have been trying to get them cured and I've tried everything from Apple cider vinegar to marigold seed tea and echinacea tea. I guess my question is what would be more effective to cure their upper respiratory infection between these three things that I've already said and Gold Seal Or l-lysine. Please help, my Cats are very dear to me they're like my children. Also I have several cats and 8 kittens.
