Need Urgent Help for Staph Infections and Weakened Immune System

Hello my names Tristan. I have insulinoma, Lyme disease for over ten years. My sweetheart Aleksandra and I have been using the mms protocol in conjunction with a rife machine for past few years. We recently had to go back to the states because my mother fell I'll with adenocarcinoma of the pancreas and passed away.
While I was there I got bit by a tick and also got staphylococcus and streptococcus infections on my skin and internally. It's become very scary as I have barely any immune system and keep recontaminating myself over and over. I require a clinic environment and I cannot go to a hospital with my immune problems as antibiotics destroy me and would probably pick up many more infections.
