Need Help for Undiagnosed Fatigue, Dizziness, Nausea

Posted by Taylor (United Kingdom) on 12/10/2015

Hey!

Just visiting the site but I want some help.... I have been having fatigue issues for a very long time and doctors have never diagnosed me with chronic fatigue or anything! I first noticed the problems when I was in high school, at first the doctors told me it was stress and pressure causing it so the school was notified and put me on a less-stressful routine and the doctor told me to get more sleep and avoid eating too much sugary things. This helped a lot, my fatigue became less frequent but it was still there, I still got tired! Now it has gotten worse! Help!

My fatigue was at random, I would get tired and dizzy and sometimes even feel sick inside (though this could be something else) and it would occur at completely random times of the day, even when I was eating or during work!

So I was sent to another doctor, they wanted to do blood work on me to find out exactly what is causing this problem but that is a problem when you also suffer from Autism-related anxiety and Dyspraxia! They couldn't get the blood out of me... is there somehow a way to find out without the needles? Thanks!

Hello Taylor,

In answer to your question, you could try a hit or miss approach. You say the fatigue started in High School and has continued. It would be a bit unusual to see adrenal fatigue that young, but not unheard of. If me....using hit or miss.... I suppliment with sublingual B12....5, 000 mcg daily.

Then I would add "adrenal" in pill form. Many health food stores carry or on line.

Another hit or miss idea. If you had some serious infection (Mono ?) then that virus might be the cause of continuing fatigue. So I'd sure try daily colloidal silver; three times daily two tablespoons each dose (30 ppm)...again if you know of an infection preceding your on set fatigue.

Hi Taylor, I'd like to suggest that you read up about oxalates and following a low oxalate diet. It seems to be helpful with some Autism symptoms, as well as other things. Also read up about a low histamine diet. I've been reading a lot about them and following both and my anxiety is decreasing, (and there have also been other benefits for me). I think the decrease in anxiety is because of the low histamine diet for me, which I started first, but read up about both and see if either one matches your symptoms. I'm not an expert, or very experienced at this point in time so I don't want to give out misinformation. There is a wealth of information on the internet once you start looking for these specific things. Sometimes foods cause a delayed reaction of a week or two when it comes to oxalate, histamine and tyramine, which makes it harder to pinpoint what is causing your body to react.
