Need Ideas For Treating Back Spasms

Posted by Kristi Ambrose (Pennsylvania, US) on 01/28/2015

Alright, so I have been having back spasms (mainly on one side) since I woke up yesterday morning. I have a lot of work to do so this is never a good thing, especially on a busy day. I tried icy cold, I left it on for an hour and took a HOT shower. Put more icy cold on. I took some advil. Still hurts. I tried the coconut oil trick - still hurts. I tried an ice pack - still hurts. I am running out of time to do my project and I still cannot sit in the chair without grimacing in pain and having a red hot pain shoot down my thigh. I am going to try the ACV and this Traumeel I have. If that doesn't work, I am out of ideas.

Muscle spasm is almost always an expression of repressed anxiety and anger. Once I understood the link between repressed emotions and back pain, I felt liberated.please check out work of Dr. John Sarno.
