Need Help to Stop Mystery Seizures in Daughter

Posted by Nania (Aurora, Co) on 05/01/2016

I need help knowing what kind of seizure my daughter who is 15 years old is having and how to cure it, although she is not a worry person her neurologist is quite sure it 's not an epilepsy attack and more of a panic attack, I think something is missing, it's more than panic attack. She is a joyful kid, very sportive and easy going. She used to have a 45 minutes kind of seizure when it started in late 2014, the neurologist couldn't do anything and didn't gave her any medications. In August 2015, she had another one, but in 2016 she started to have one every 2 weeks and still wasn't on any medications.

I decided to see a chiropractor since she has a mild scoliosis. Her episodes with severe headache went from 20 minutes to 30 seconds without a headache but are still 2 weeks apart. Her episodes start with a lightheaded feeling, collapsing, crying, screaming, body shaking, numbness of hands and feet.

After the seizure stopped she started to laugh for 5 minutes nonstop and felt so tired after that. Her EEG, MRI and blood work are all normal.

Please, if you have the same symptoms help a desperate mother to find a cure.

Hmmm, blood work normal, mri normal but the symptoms anything but normal. My best guess is the trouble is likely to be an adverse reaction to vaccines. There is an extreme number of kids being damaged in myriad ways by vaccines these days. Most go unreported, unnoticed and doctors are loathsome to make the connections. doctors who make waves in the system get frowned on by their peers.

Brain swelling is a common reaction to vaccines. Numerous types of virus and mycoplasmas are eternally found in vaccines. These microorganisms attack the brain causing inflammation and pressure. As the brain swells it triggers a seizure. This type of injury does not show up on an mri. More than likely the "blood work" was carefully omitting screening for microorganisms capable of causing encephalitis a common problem after vaccination.

A lot more intensive research needs to be done in your daughter's case. Perhaps you will need a more highly trained neurologist as well. Having said that its probably a good thing they have not given her any drugs since the drugs could cloud the real issues here and cause yet another problem.

As for seizures, in general a gaba deficiency won't usually cause them. A gaba deficiency causes nervousness, anxiety attack and depression but it is extremely simple to fix with just a tiny bit of supplementation and probiotics containing lactobacili rhamnoses, the bacterial species that makes gaba in the intestinal tract. Gaba is readily available at nearly any health food store.

Now aside from vaccines, something that can easily trigger seizures is food additives such as msg, aspartame and the worst, modified food starch. These things are neurotoxic. they are termed excitotoxins since they have an effect of stimulating neurons in the brain literally to the point at which they die from over stimulation. These food additives are considered flavor enhancers but they have extremely serious health risks to them. Other than seizures they act as a cancer growth accelerants bringing cancer cells to their maximum growth rate.

If you were deliberately trying to get cancer growing at top speed you would be hard pressed to find any other substance that can get it to grow as fast as modified food starch.

Oh yeah by the way, modified food starch has been added to nearly everything imaginable in processed foods.

To reduce the risk of seizures eliminate all forms of free glutamic acid. This means zero aspartame, zero msg, and zero modified food starch.

Study Dr Russel Blaylock's book "excitotoxins, the taste that kills" and you will get an understanding how these neurotoxins can trigger anything from migraine to seizures to cancer.

Now after eliminating an obvious bad food element you may need to think about other food allergies with the help of an experienced naturopath.

After you eliminate as many possibles as you can then you may get more dialed into the source of the problem. Often things are not real clear at first and you must eliminate things one by one until you find an answer.

If it seems that encephalitis such as from microorganisms attacking the brain causing swelling and pressure is indeed the problem then you will need to eliminate the pathogens to stop the inflammation to stop the seizures. Does that make sense?

Two outfits can take blood samples and diagnose to see if that can be a factor. One is immed ran by Dr Garth Nicholson and another is ccid ran by Dr W. John Martin, both are top notch at what they do. Look these guys up, give them a call and pick their brains.

Need more help? Look me up. I have tons more information if you need it.

Other common toxins need mentioning are found in the modern household. Scented products like laundry detergent and dryer sheets contaminate clothing. In the bathroom, scented body soap, hair shampoo & conditioners. Most all these synthetic scents are very toxic and if accumulate in the body neurological and immunological symptoms will occur.

Other toxic products possible in this case are cosmetics, perfume or cologne. At 15 yrs a young lady is likely obsessed with attracting boys and overdoing in the makeup dept. Not too much awareness but there is concern for synthetic underwear especially bras that can increase the risk of cancer significantly in latter yrs so it is wise to find white, cotton, comfort fit.

As for help in removing toxins, a good healthfood store brand multivitamin/mineral with green foods is essential. Increasing dietary omega 3's like coldwater fish and Fish Oil and Flax Oil is important as these are commonly lacking in most diets.

Now for advanced nutrition. Whenever cases of toxicity arise, the first suspicion in my mind is low antioxidant status. Antioxidant nutrients prevent the accumulation of toxins and therefor aid in their elimination. For starters take a combination of Selenium, Broad Spectrum Vit-E with meal and 1 mg Melatonin at bedtime. Do the Selenium & E for 1 wk then rotate the next wk with a Carotinoid Complex while keeping to the 1mg Melatonin at bedtime. After several months of these the body stores will fill and she can reduce the amounts or times taken. For immediate relief, give her an Homeopathic Detoxifier.

Back to the food dept. Substantially increase foods like Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and Cabbage as they stimulate the bodies natural detox enzymes.

Lastly, the most beneficial natural medicine for epilepsy is Cannabis. First try an otc Hemp Oil/CBD product. There is much information on the benefits of Hemp or Cannabis especially in otherwise untreatable cases of epilepsy, and more & more physicians prescribing as the bad side effects are nill and the benefits are many.

I don't have experience with seizures, but you might try Frankincense essential oil. You may want to Google Seizures and essential oils and read up on the pros and cons. Some say no oils should be used for seizures and some say it has pretty much cured or improved their seizures. I guess it all depends on how you feel about essential oils. I love em'! :)

Dear Nania,

You have gotten many good ideas and I would like to throw in one more (and I may have missed it being mentioned..) Coconut Oil. Raw and organic. It can be mixed into smoothies, spread on toast, put in oatmeal. 1 teaspoon three times a day, up to 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
