Needs Treatments For Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Sle
Hello
I've been diagnosed with Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and need your assistance with a treatment specifically for me:
WBC 1.2- I've not taken any of the myriad prescribed medications as yet, but a recent car accident has stopped my running regimen for the last 4 months and as a result my SLE has flared up so severely that I am bedbound most of the day. So much pain -
Can you provide me with specific treatment for me that can help me.

Hello again,
I forgot to mention that with my SLE I also experience severe Raynaud's in my hands/ digits and my body temperature drops to 35.1 C - further I have had a monitored THYROID NODULE which has been increasing to just over 1c.m. and though a biopsy was done, but doctor is not concerned and have to wait for another 3 months to see him.
In the meantime, I've having very painful swallowing episodes. Can something shrink this nodule?
