I tried to send a mail a couple of minutes ago and I don't think it went through b/c the satellite for the internet went out for a hot minute here and I got cut off before I was done typing what I was trying to type.

Ok, so anyway, long story short... I'm wanting to know a couple of things... what other name/s would Jack In The Pulpit Root be known under (b/c I looked it up on line in a couple of places that I get vitamins from and nothing at all came up about it) and then when I looked up Stoneseed Root, what came up was just Stone Root. So, is that the same thing as Stoneseed Root? Or does it have another name for it? Then, with Thistles... when I looked it up.... several different combinations of Thistles came up. I'm wanting to know... what type of Thistles are/were you referring to in your post? And can you give any ideas as to where to purchase these? I do my vitamin/herb shopping on-line. I would really like to get off of some of the meds I'm on currently because of the various side effects I've read about and some that I already have.

I've been medicated since the age of 16 (and I'm 42 now) but have only recently been learning about the side effects of some of the meds. I'm on. Actually, have experienced several side effects in the past several years from using the meds. I'd used (which is why I stopped some of them a few years ago on my own and started back then researching vitamins and herbs as well as using some of them for some of my ailments). And then yesterday at one of my appointments, found out I now have high blood pressure to add to the ever growing list of ailments that live with me and more medication to add to that ever growing list. Apparently (according to the doc.) the birth control pills I'm on can also cause high blood pressure. I never knew that either. The only thing I've heard is that bc pills can cause blood clots. So I had to ask myself WHY I'm on them in that case. I've been on different brands of pills (as well as the shot) since after my son was born in 91. Mostly to control the pain that comes with my cycle. I can't help but think there's something better.
