Degenerative Disc Disease - Extremely Painful Neck and Shoulder
I'm a slim and active 82 year old female. I was diagnosed with DDD quite a few years ago & experienced occasional lower back and/or neck pain, etc that would hurt with movement, but time spent in physical therapy would relieve it for log periods of time. The neck pain I now have for 3 months is terrible and hurts all the time...standing, sitting, lying down, etc. I've been reading the conversations with Art & those who speak of back pain...but have not seen any comments from anyone with neck/shoulder pain. I'm hoping that the hyaluronic acid and stopain will work for my neck. Please respond..this is the most hopeful I've been and am eager to start this protocol.

Hi Susan,
I have had very good response to the Stopain/HA combo, but when the NOW brand double strength was out of stock and friends had to use other brands of HA, their results were noticeably diminished.
Since more than half of adults aged 75 or older are thought to have arthritis also, it might be worth applying borax lotion (BL) to the area in between Stopain applications in order to assist the pain relieving process. I explain how I make BL here :

Please keep us posted on your progress!
