Is Palm Oil Safe in Supplements?

Hi Everyone....
I have a quick question. I recently read about the dangers of palm oil for human consumption and quickly realized that I am using a few supplements with this ingredient. Before I throw them out, I thought I should ask my EC family their opinion on this before doing so.
Hopefully, I will receive a lot of insights regarding this. Thanks guys!!!
