Please Help Me Cure My Scaly Itchy Skin

Please help me detect what this disease is.
- I have black scaly skin on my leg itches when dry.
- I can't determine what it is
- If I could upload a pic!
- Am trying with Epsom salt. Apple cider vinegar for past week.
- Better but not cured.
- Feel due to excess medicine this has happened.
- Please help me cure it.
