Post-Op Remedies Needed After Uterine Fibroid Embolisation Surgery

Hello Earth Clinic team,
Do you have any general advise for someone undergoing a non-invasive surgery? I am having Uterine Fibroid Embolisation (UFE) within the next 4-6 weeks. I have never had surgery before. After the surgery I will experience some constipation, depression (changes in hormones), nausea, flu like symptoms including a temperature, and fatigue.
Any general ideas on what to take? You can pose this to your readers.

Try taking iodoral for the next 4-6 weeks before the surgery and you may end up not needing it as iodoral helps dissolve cysts. This happened to a friend of mine.
