Seeking Help For Puppy With Skin Allergies and Hives

Our six month old puppy has skin allergies, he has hives and welts under his skin and itching he's being treated with steroids and prescription diet n medical shampoo. I wanted to see if treating for yeast infections would be best to use both apple vinegar cider and yogurt together or just use one of the products or if one is better than the other. What would be best type brand yogurt to use. Thanks, Paul
