Questions for Bill Thompson on Candida

Hi Bill,
Thank you for the very good and important work you're doing in our world. :)
In addition to a big candida problem in my gut, I have mold toxicity, Babesia, and Bartonella (but not Borellia). My questions are:
-Will your protocol help with all of these issues? If not, what else should I do?
-How important is it to reduce carbs? How many carbs per day are ok? How long do I need to reduce carbs for?
-In order to speed the healing process, how frequently can I take 1 tsp of turpentine? Would it help to do it daily?
-Lastly, can I pay you to do a phone consult with me? If so, how do I set that up?
