Seeking Help to Cure Recurring Colds and Sore Throat
I've been having colds and sore throat almost every month for a year. I have an active life-style, I'm trying to eat a balanced diet, but my immune system seems to be very weak. My doctor prescribes me antibiotics, but I don't think that'll solve the problem. I've always been quite healthy so I have no idea what this is. Do you have any suggestion?

To Tereza (Czech Republic): One of the least expensive ways to boost your immune system and get rid of reoccurring colds and sore throats is to add raw garlic to your daily diet. There are several ways to do this without incurring "garlic breath", and if you do this daily for about 6 weeks you should be able to eliminate your current problem.

Tereza;
Relative to your recurring sore throats and colds...
Likely you have a sinus infection which is why your Doctor is recommending antibiotics. But if this is a viral infection antibiotics won't help. I've had such problems in the past and almost without exception can knock out a sinus infection by irrigations of colloidal silver. I use an ear syringe to squirt the cs into the sinuses and also make sure the ears are irrigated also. I sometimes have to apply a dozen times if a lipid coated virus (I think)...but usually the infection is gone in a few irrigations.
The sinus will sting when the cs is applied but after the first application there is no more singing...or very little.
Also for long term infections, I have found with me, the infection is in the rest of my body...called systemic and to eliminate such systemic infections, I take two tablespoons of cs two or three times daily...orally.
