Tiara, have you tried Bill Munro''s h2o2 inhalation? I do it with diluted drug store h2o2..

How would this method help? Could you please explain? Are you familiar with this syndrome?

No, Tiara, I am not familiar with this syndrome but I have seen the benefits of breathing in diluted, plain drugstore h2o2 for lungs and breathing.

Personally, I put some diluted h2o2 in my mouth and breathe in "through" it 5-6 times, then spit and rinse. I do this a few times a day when needed.

I imagine a squirt of h2o2 in a humidifier all night might have the same effect. But some say it might bleach your hair!

Stress can cause mineral imbalance and dehydration because the body has to produce cortisol by taking elements from the body, so you can run from the bear, and it will also cause digestion situations. Hydration is affected by minerals in balance and one mineral out of balance can cause a histamine response with panic attacks....I love Dr. Batmanghelidj books.

I have suffered from hyperventilation for 30 years and I know how debilitating it can be. However, there is a cure and results are pretty instant. You just need to learn how to breath using dr Buteyko breathing method. It is all very well described by Patrick McKeown in his books: The oxygen advantage, Close your mouth or Anxiety free: Stop worrying and quieten your mind. To get an instant relief from hyperventilation before a book arrives and you can start applying the method in full, please just pay attention and keep your mouth closed for as much as possible during your daily activities. For a night, just seal your mouth with a piece of paper tape (I know, it is a bit strange, but it works!). All the very best..
