Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia in Dog, Seeking Help or Suggestions

In addition to the meds and CBC monitoring by his Vet...I cook his chicken in Organic coconut oil, steamed sweet potatoes...I give him milk thistle to help protect his liver, melatonin, and daily exercise. I recently started giving him a mushroom supplement to aid his immune system. He is a cavalier Maltese mix...can't seem to get his platelets to stay at a good range. His platelet production can't stay ahead of the destruction. He has had many tests to rule out cancer and other things. This came on about a month after a parvo vaccine.
