Need Remedies for Itchy and Swollen Palms

Not sure where to post. I have a recent problem with my palms, it started with my left palm - itchy in the center then moved more towards thumb the next day with swelling. Then the symptoms moved to my right palm. Ice is the only thing that eases the symptoms.
Anyone know whats up? how to get back to "normal".
I think the swelling is causing the itching, I try not to irritate by scratching.
I have been using acv, turmeric, bs, vco. Lugol's iodine protocol. Cs, de, vit c, borax water, just to name a few.
