Remedies For Labial Itch And Hot Flashes

Menopause: I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago, went directly onto hormones. Dr says stop them, but the labial itch and hot flashes are horrible. I put vicks vaporub on for the labial itch(burned at first b/c I had been scratching, but now it's tolerable, better than itching! ). I don't know what to use for the hot flashes. I took 1300 mg EPO last night but I don't really know if it helped or not. Had flashes, but maybe a bit better? Thanks.
