As well I am noticing that my Gums are receding and in the Future if this goes away I will not have enough bone to hold the dentures. Sorry to keep going on and on. I Don't want to take another RX I want to do it naturally my concerned is that it could be expensive and that is a problem please if you be so kind to share some ideas or remedies. Sincerely Maria

Dear Maria,

So sorry to hear of your suffering here. Both of your conditions are auto-immune. I would encourage you to study this site and read what others are doing for autoimmune conditions. While autoimmune disorders are considered "incurable" plenty on this site have found that to be false.

Our family has had great success with the following internally for a variety of autoimmune conditions:

nettle (tea or capsules, daily = 4 capsules twice daily or 2-3 cups strong nettle tea)

home made milk kefir (1 cup per day)

coconut oil (1-3 T. per day)

Borage oil (1300 mg gelcaps 1-3 per day)

Also, focusing on a whole foods diet so your body gets the nutrients it needs. Sugar and processed foods fill you up without giving you nutrients.

I would also consider Essiac Tea.

I hope you find a perfect solution for you.
